Join us for a fun outdoor barre styled workout with other women and moms!
*** Bring your own mat and a set of light weight dumbbells (1-5lbs).
Kids are welcome to stay during your workout. There will be no child care at this event so if you decide to bring your little one(s) please be sure to bring toys or books for their entertainment.
We invite you to stay afterwards for a mimosa meet up! This will be a great opportunity to mingle with other women and moms in our community.
